Fixes:

problem with proxy for HTTPS resolved - for now import and export are possible over proxy.
Changes:

added buttons for open document in browser, and to download document via browser, first works for documents and spreadsheets, second for documents only, download via browser helps for problem with "Moved Temporally" on Google Apps acounts.
